The “Autonomicate Payment Assistant” application is operated by Autonomicate.com. Questions may be sent to contact@autonomicate.com.
2. Purpose of the application
The application is intended to retrieve and process bank account information with the account holder's authorisation. It is designed for private, internal or evaluation use unless the operator expressly states otherwise.
3. Scope of the service
Subject to bank availability and the consent granted, the application may retrieve:
- bank account identification data;
- balances;
- booked and pending transactions;
- transaction amounts, dates, descriptions and counterparty details.

Access requires authorisation completed directly with the user's bank. The application does not ask the user to disclose online banking passwords, PINs or one-time authentication codes to the application operator.
5. Permitted use
The application may be used only for accounts that the user owns, controls or is otherwise lawfully authorised to access.
The application must not be used to obtain information from another person's account without their knowledge, authority and valid consent.
6. Availability and data quality
Availability, completeness and timeliness of bank information depend on the user's bank, Enable Banking and other infrastructure providers. Continuous availability and immediate delivery of every transaction are not guaranteed.
7. Informational nature of the data
Information presented by the application is provided for convenience and automation purposes. It does not replace the bank's official records, statements or legally binding account information.
8. No financial advice
The application does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for interruptions, delayed data, incomplete data, third-party service failures or decisions made solely on the basis of information processed by the application.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if authorisation expires, is revoked, the bank connection becomes unavailable, or the application is used unlawfully or contrary to these terms.
11. Revoking access
The user may revoke bank access through their bank, through Enable Banking where available, or by contacting the application operator.
12. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Service may be updated when the application's functionality or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
